Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum receive at Zabeel Palace before noon heads and members of Arab, Islamic and foreign consular missions in Dubai, who delivered congratulations to him for the advent of Eid Al-Adha.
