Hamdan bin Rashid Receives Female Graduates of “Multiculturalism and Leadership” Program Organized by Al Maktoum College of Higher Education Scotland

The Deputy Ruler of Dubai; UAE Minister of Finance His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today in H.H palace in Zabeel the female graduates of the 14th and 15th batches, as well as the seventh winter class of Multiculturalism and Leadership Program organized by Al Maktoum College of Higher Education in Dundee, Scotland. The reception was attended by a number of Sheikhs, ministers, presidents of universities that their female students were delegated to participate in the program and many VIPs and Lords.
