His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, this morning received Dr. Mahmoud Saffwat Mohieldin, Corporate Secretary and President's Special Envoy at the World Bank, in the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai.
