Hamdan bin Rashid receives Afghanistan's new Consul

Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance His Highness Hemdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Abdul Samad Afghan, Consul-General of Afghanistan in Dubai at His Highness the Ruler's Court. The Consul-General met with His Highness on the occasion of assuming his new job in the country.
High Highness welcomed the Consul-General wishing him success to enhance friendship ties and trade and cultural relationships between the two countries.
