Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today at his palace in Zabeel Chairman of the International Federation of Volleyball Jizhong Wei who thanked HH for the facilities extended for establishing the first international center for beach volleyball in Dubai.
