Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance, and President of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has officially opened DEWA’s Dh500 million Warsan Complex today. Sheikh Hamdan stated that DEWA’s projects are the life, essence, and backbone of Dubai’s infrastructure. A Control Centre at Al Qusais was also opened at a cost of over AED 29 million. The 2-storey control center includes a distribution control room, an operations planning and coordination department, a network research and development department, a simulators-training department, an on-site distribution management, and a library.
