Hamdan bin Rashid opens the 12th Asia-Pacific Conference on Giftedness

Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened today at Rashid Hall at Dubai World Trade Center the 12th Asia-Pacific Conference on Giftedness making its first debut in the Middle east.
