Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened today Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition "DUPHAT" at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center.
