Hamdan Bin Rashid opens Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance and Industry, inaugurated the Horse Tool Exhibition, a part of Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship before noon at Dubai World Trade Center Hall.
