Hamdan bin Rashid offers condolences to Sheikh Saud

Dubai Deputy Rulers and Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid al Maktoum offered today his condolences to His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain on the death of his sister Sheikha Amenah Bint Rashid Bin Ahmed Al Mualla.
