His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, have offered their condolences on the death of the late Sultan Mubarak bin Markhan Al Ketbi. Their Highnesses visited the Mourning Majlis held today in Margham Area; expressed their heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the brothers and relatives of the Deceased; and prayed to Almighty Allagh to rest his soul in paradise and grant his family and relatives solace and patience.
