Hamdan bin Rashid launches Federal Food Registration and Classification system
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance inaugurated the 20th edition of Gulfood at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and attended by senior government officials, as well as delegates of international high-level ministers, ambassadors and officials. H.H. also inaugurated the "Federal System for Registration and Classification of Foods" on the sidelines of "Gulfood 2015" developed by the Ministry of Environment and Water, Dubai Municipality, and Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority. The 20th edition of Gulfood, the largest annual trade show for the food and hospitality sector in the world, which runs until Thursday, is held across spaces of up to 120 thousand square meters, with the participation of 4,800 international food companies from 120 countries.
