Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, inaugurated Water, Energy Technology & Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2008) at Za’abeel Hall at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre with heavy participation reaching 680 from 22 countries from around the Globe.
