Hamdan bin Rashid honors winners of Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for Distinguished Academic Performance

Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum witnessed the honoring ceremonies this evening for the 12th session of H.H. Award for Distinguished Academic Performance. The winners are selected from four levels: the local, regional, Arab, and international. The ceremony was organized by the Awaed management and held in Rashid Hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre . Director-General of UNESCO H.E. Irina Bokova attended the ceremonies, along with a number of sheikhs, ministers, and government officials.
