Hamdan bin Rashid honors long-serving healthcare employees

Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum commended the tremendous efforts dedicated by former and long-standing employees for the development of health services, confirming that such honoring is just a simple expression of gratitude for the great services they have provided to this sector. This was during a gala ceremony to honor long-standing employees who have contributed to the support, strengthening and development of the Dubai healthcare system. The ceremony, held today at Zabeel Ladies Club, was attended by senior officials, executive directors of DHA divisions, hospitals, directors and heads of medical administrative sections and regulatory units along with a large host of DHA staff. During the ceremony, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid honored former director-generals of DHA, a number of consultant physicians in recognition of their efforts and dedication throughout the past years. His Highness also presented certificates to long-standing DHA employees who have completed more than 35 years at DHA’s various divisions and are still there. Following which His Highness honored graduates of the first cohort of DHA Future Health Leaders Program, totaling 30 employees of different job categories and levels.
