Hamdan bin Rashid honors 5th batch of the Gifted Diploma

Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored the fifth batch teachers of the Gifted Professional Diploma Program at his Palace in Zabeel, today, in the presence his son H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamdan bin Rashid. This was a part of the National Plan for the Gifted carried out by Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distringuished Academic Performance, in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
