  His Excellency, El-Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, headed the annual Board of Directors meeting of Dubal, the Dubai Aluminum Company. The Board of Directors discussed a number issues related to the 2013 budget during the meeting held at company headquarters in Jebel Ali. Following the discussion, the Board approved the budget for the fiscal year 2014. Also discussed at the meeting was the development and increased production of Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) smelter, in addition to the ongoing Emiratization process in DUBAL and EMAL. His Highness, Chairman of the Board, expressed his satisfaction with youth of both genders coming to work in these two national institutions.
