Hamdan bin Rashid chairs the meeting of the UAE Higher Committee overseeing the development the of financial sector

Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum presided over the 6th meeting of the UAE Higher Committee overseeing the development the of financial sector. The Committee decided the drafting of a comprehensive law for financial services in the country. The meeting was attended by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and the Committee’s Vice-Chairman, the Minister of Economy, the Chairman of the Securities and Commodities Authority and the Insurance Commission, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Central Bank and the Central Bank Governor.
