Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of the General Pensions and Social Security Authority, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, chaired, this morning, the Board 3rd Meeting in 2016 at the Ruler's Court in Dubai.
