Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the 4th Mass Wedding hosted at Zabeel Park by Dubai Municipality, Health Authority and Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department.
