Hamdan bin Rashid attends final race of July Festival at Newmarket Racecourse

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, attended the final race of July Festival at Newmarket Racecourse in England. The race was also attended by a number of officials, owners and a large audience of English racing enthusiasts.
