Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended, this evening, the inauguration of Dubai Horse Festival scheduled to finish on Saturday at Newmarket Racecourses.

The race was attended by a number of officials, senior owners and a large audience of race fans in England.
