Hamdan bin Rashid attended the opening of Envirocities 2010

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, Minister of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality attended today the opening of the 2nd Envirocities 2010 Conference which is held this year under the title "Green Cities".
