Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, unveiled the 5-star plaque at General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) centre located at the Hatta Border Crossing Point in Dubai. The center is among the second set of Dubai Government Customer Happiness Centers, and was rated according to the Star Rating programme applied in the UAE Government.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan praised the employees’ performance in the center, which contributed to reach the 5-star rating. Sheikh Hamdan pointed at this achievement as the outcome of their efforts, teamwork and persistence to excel and provide the best customer service.
