Hamdan bin Mohammed unveils 5-Star plaque at DEWA head office

Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum unveiled a 5-Star plaque at the head office of the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), which is among the second set of Dubai Government Customer Happiness Centers to have achieved the 5-Star rating.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan expressed his appreciation of the efforts made by the Authority to provide the best services to the satisfaction of the customers and praised its smart and innovative initiatives that participated in making a qualitative leap in the services provided for the customers.
