Following the directives of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to transform Dubai into the smartest city in the world, Dubai Crown Prince and the supervisor of the initiative to transform Dubai into a smart city, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has launched the new “Makani” e-map application, the first-of-its-kind smart system for geographic addresses, recently designed by Dubai Municipality. The launch came during the meeting with the project’s teamwork at the headquarters of the Executive Office of H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Emirates Towers, where His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed was briefed on the milestones of the project and its characteristics. H.H Sheikh Hamdan, also, fixed a plate with a digit smart code of the Emirates Towers at its entrance wall.
