Hamdan bin Mohammed launches “Ifaad”, the first smart platform for Dubai Police scholarship program

Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the “Ifaad”, the first smart platform for Dubai Police’s scholarship program, either for student in the UAE or outside the UAE. It is intended to be a comprehensive and integrated system either for students from the Dubai Police or from the different educational institutions across the UAE.
