Hamdan bin Mohammed inaugurates Dubai Business Club and instructs that the star rating system should be applied to all Governement of Dubai departments

Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, inaugurated today Dubai Business Club at the premises of Dubai’s Department of Economic Development as he unveiled the first six star rating plaque awarded to Dubai Business Club (DBC).
In implementation of directives of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has instructed that the Star Rating System for all service delivery channels shall be applied in all Government of Dubai services centres within one year from today, provided that they should be named "customer happiness" centers.
