Hamdan bin Mohammed honors Photography Award winners

Dubai Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended, today, the closing ceremony for the 4th edition of the coveted Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) held under the theme “Life in Color”. Sheikh Hamdan honored winners of the Special Awards at the ceremony held at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
