Hamdan bin Mohammed earns the title of the World Military Endurance Championship in Bahrain

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum watched as Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum earned the title of the World Military Endurance Championship, which was held at the Bahrain International Endurance Village today in the presence of King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa.   Sheikh Hamdan received the gold medal from Secretary-General of the International Council for Military Sports (CISM) Colonel Alexandre Morisod who congratulated Sheikh Hamdan on his victory. Forty eight riders from 15 Arab and foreign countries participated in the championship. Also attending the race were Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Advisor to UAE President and President of the UAE Equestrian Federation Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Saeed Maktoum bin Jumaa Al Maktoum, Director of Dubai Ruler's Office Lt. General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan and Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman in addition to officials and a host of endurance race enthusiasts.
