Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum chaired a meeting of the Council at Emirates Towers in the presence of Dubai Deputy Ruler and 1st Deputy Chairman of the Council HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
