Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended today the honoring ceremony of the winners of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid International Photography Award. The 2nd edition of the award, held under the slogan of “Beauty of Light” was attended by Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
