Hamdan Bin Mohammed attends the graduation of naval cadet officers

Dubai Crown Prince H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended today the graduation of the 12th batch of naval cadet officers in a ceremony held at the Naval College’s headquarters on Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway.
