Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has attended the launch of the second edition of the Dubai Pulse Report 2016. The report titled ‘Competitiveness and Resilience in a Changing World’ was prepared The General Secretariat of the Executive Council to follow up on the implementation of Dubai Plan 2021. The report is based on the work of specialized teams in the Government of Dubai that monitor and evaluate implementation and progress against the goals of the Plan.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan was briefed on the key achievements in the implementation of Dubai Plan 2021 goals in 2016 and the main challenges that still remain unresolved.
