Crown Prince of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended today at Kite Beach in Dubai, the first day of the Government Games, which is organized by the Executive Council of Dubai in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council and in strategic partnership with Meraas Holding Group. His Highness praised the level of the participating women's teams, commending their commitment to the rules and conditions, as well as their teamwork, strength and sheer willpower that enabled them to pass a series of mental and physical tests in the least time frame under the supervision of a specialized jury. A total of 64 women’s teams were competing fiercely at two rounds of seven different challenges. The event attracted a significant audience of women and children to encourage and stimulate competitors.
