  Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, received Prince Andrew, Duke of York at Dubai Financial Centre, today.   Bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed during the meeting, and the best ways to enhance the academic, cultural and artistic cooperation between higher educational institutes in the two countries and especially between Dubai and York.   Present at the meeting were H.E. Ahmed bin Bayat, the Secretary General of the Dubai Executive Council; Dr. Omer bin Sulaiman, Governor of Dubai International Finance Centre; H.E. Edward Anthony Oakden, the British Ambassador to the UAE and H.E. John Hawkins, the British Consul General in Dubai.
