His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, and the Chairman of the General Pension and Social Security Authority, GPSSA, today presided over the meeting of the Board at the headquarters of His Highness the Ruler’s Court in Dubai.

Sheikh Hamdan welcomed the members of the Board, wishing them success in their work. He then proceeded to discuss the agenda as he approved the minutes of its previous meeting and reviewed the procedures taken by the Authority’s Management on the implementation of the issued resolutions and recommendations.

His Highness also approved the resolutions and recommendations of the subsidiary committees, namely the Executive Committee, the Higher Committee for Human Resources and Remuneration, the Investment Committee, and the Audit and Risk Committee.

The Board also approved the draft annual budget 2019 in preparation for submission to the Cabinet and other issues on the agenda.
