Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, Sheikh Saeed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum will attend a ceremony, today morning, at the Safinah Ballroom, Jumeirah Beach Hotel for honoring winners of the Dubai Service Excellence Award.
