Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the closing ceremony of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) at the Cultural and Scientific Association.  Also attending the ceremony were Sewar Al Dahab, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Call Organisation (ICO), Ebrahim Mohammad Bu Melha, Chairman of the DIHQA’s organising committee, various directors and representatives from organizations and departments and consul-generals.
