It is also considered the largest construction project on earth where work is combined with a sense of life.
Additionally, the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, have had a very positive impact on enriching the cultural characteristics of Dubai and on enhancing its international standing. His guidance allowed Dubai to establish an infrastructure comparable to that of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world.
Fueled with boundless ambitions and expectations and evidenced by elements of everyday life, Dubai has surpassed local and regional boundaries and has vigorously sustained its place in the international arena. It has become one of the most controversial cities in the world representing the face of the future and an oasis of peace and security in the region. Our Department is the orchestrating conductor of the visits and requests of the country’s official visitors and VIPs. Our mission is not only to shed light on the true characteristics of our Emirati society, but also to hold dialogues and communicate with others in order to consolidate our utmost Islamic and Arab concepts of protocol and hospitality.
